The unit features four drawers, with upper and lower pull-out drawers that can accommodate 6″ deep pans. It also comes with 16 1/6 size pans, furnished at 4″ deep, but with tops that can accommodate 6″ deep pans. The counter includes a 10″ polyethylene cutting board, allowing you to prep your sandwiches and salads with ease. Made in the USA, this counter is built to last, with a stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor for efficient cooling.
